– Just giving Usability( as a discipline) cannot and will not get customers.
- Usability is no rocket science, it’s a constituent of simple methods worked to get simpler solutions.
- Usability is mandatory for all corporate who keep customers/users as a priority, and it does not necessarily mean employing a usability professional
- Usability is multi-professional, it involves dedication of people from different professions and different skillets to ensure the user is at the helm
